01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or placing any wager on the bm77 platform (available at bm77.ws), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or supplementary terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or services offered by bm77.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bm77 ("bm77", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the bm77 platform and close your account.

bm77 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Age Requirement

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines, access to bm77 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is illegal for minors to gamble, and bm77 takes its obligations to prevent underage gambling with the utmost seriousness. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Geographic Eligibility

bm77 is operated for and primarily directed at players physically located within the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing bm77 is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.

Registration Requirements

To create an account on bm77, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and not misleading.

• Each person may register only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or household — are strictly prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• bm77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or other KYC documentation) at any time before processing withdrawals or releasing bonus funds.
• Providing false registration information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account, subject to applicable law.
• Employees of bm77 and its affiliated companies, including their immediate family members residing in the same household, are not eligible to register as players.

03 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bm77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. bm77 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

All transactions and activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify bm77 immediately via our 24/7 live chat support. bm77 cannot reverse transactions that were completed before you reported unauthorized access.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bm77 account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of protection to your account.
• Do not access your bm77 account using shared or public devices. Always log out after each session on shared devices.
• bm77 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure, including losses arising from phishing attacks targeting your credentials.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

bm77 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your bm77 wallet in real time for GCash and Maya, and within standard banking hours for direct bank transfers.

bm77 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. bm77 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted on bm77 are processed same-day for requests received before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on business days. Requests received after this cut-off or on weekends and Philippine public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.

Identity Verification for Withdrawals

bm77 may require full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before processing any withdrawal. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's license) and, where required, a recent proof of Philippine address. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory verification.

Transaction Limits

Daily and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification tier and payment method. Players who complete full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Detailed limit schedules are available in your account dashboard under Payment Settings.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bm77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in each individual promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to your bm77 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, which will also be stated in each promotion's terms.

• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements. The contribution percentage of different game types toward wagering requirements will be stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• If you request a withdrawal before a wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• bm77 reserves the right to alter, cancel, or reclaim any bonus if it determines — in its sole discretion — that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through abuse of the promotional system, or in violation of these Terms.
• Players may only claim each welcome bonus offer once. Duplicate accounts created for the purpose of claiming additional welcome bonuses will result in disqualification and account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of the wagering requirement conditions attached to them.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on bm77 are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to each product — slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, e-bingo, crash games, and esports. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of each game before placing a wager.

Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on bm77 cover PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, Premier League football, and esports competitions including Mobile Legends, DOTA 2, and CS2, among others. All sports betting results are determined by the official result confirmed by the relevant sporting authority. In the event of a dispute, bm77's sportsbook team's determination shall be final.

Casino Games

All casino games — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game-show-style products — use certified random number generators (RNGs) or operate via live streams with real dealers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on bm77 and are displayed within each game interface or sports market at the time of placing the wager. bm77 reserves the right to adjust bet limits for individual players or games at any time without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bm77 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players, including sharing cards, strategies, or funds across multiple accounts in live casino or poker games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or gain any advantage not available to standard users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors in sports markets in a manner that constitutes bad faith play.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies — systematically placing opposing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome — where this is done through abuse of bm77's promotions or bonus funds.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your bm77 account.
• Engaging in any conduct that constitutes money laundering in violation of the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act or any applicable law.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with any part of the bm77 platform, its games, or its security infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bm77 staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bm77 platform — including but not limited to the bm77 brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, data compilations, and underlying source code — is the exclusive property of bm77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bm77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any bm77 content without prior written permission from bm77.

Third-party game content made available on bm77 remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers, and your use of those games is additionally subject to the terms of the relevant game provider. bm77 is not responsible for the terms of third-party game providers but will make reasonable efforts to ensure all games available on the platform are properly licensed for distribution in the Philippines.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

bm77 collects, processes, and stores your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your personal information is used for account registration and management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance (including AMLA reporting obligations), and the delivery of personalized promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.

bm77 does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with regulated third-party service providers — such as payment processors, identity verification providers, and game content providers — strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements. bm77 may also disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine regulatory bodies where required by law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bm77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the bm77 platform, even if bm77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bm77's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. bm77 provides a platform for entertainment and does not guarantee any winnings or outcomes. Players participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for managing their gaming activity within their personal financial means.

11 Responsible Gaming

bm77 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming for all Filipino players. We believe gambling should be a form of entertainment — not a financial strategy, and never a coping mechanism. bm77 provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from your account dashboard.

Available Responsible Gaming Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your bm77 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you when you have been logged into your session for a specified duration, helping you track time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or wager.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

bm77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — and to withhold or forfeit funds held in that account — under any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period when requested.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering activity.
• Account abuse, including exploitation of bonuses, duplicate account creation, or collusive play.
• A regulatory directive from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority requiring account restriction or closure.
• The player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bm77 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances that were deposited by the player (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings) will generally be returned via the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification and applicable legal holds.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The bm77 platform operates within PAGCOR's regulatory and licensing framework, and all gaming activities conducted through bm77 are subject to PAGCOR oversight.

Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your bm77 account, or any transaction on the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Complaint: Submit a formal complaint to bm77 support via live chat or email at [email protected]. bm77 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with bm77's response, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
• Step 3 — Legal Proceedings: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the above steps, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Pending resolution of any dispute, bm77 may place a temporary hold on the funds in question. This hold does not constitute an admission of liability by bm77.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bm77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Changes may be made to reflect updates to Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations, modifications to the bm77 platform or service offering, corrections of errors or ambiguities in the existing Terms, or responses to fraud patterns or abuse scenarios not previously addressed.

When material changes are made to these Terms, bm77 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the bm77 platform. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Reviewed" date. Your continued use of the bm77 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the bm77 platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. You may do so by contacting bm77 support at the contact details in Section 15.
